Our Faculty
A team of Sciences Po professors specializing in environmental issues, experts in their various disciplines and advocates of the institution's interdisciplinary approach, has been assembled. Among them are:
- Sophie Dubuisson-Quellier, Sociologist, Director of the Centre for the Sociology of Organisations, Director of the scientific committee of the Paris Climate School;
- Giacomo Parinello, Historian, Associate Professor at the Centre for History;
- Pierre Charbonnier, Philosopher, CNRS Junior Professor at the Center for European Studies and Comparative Politics;
- Lucas Chancel, Economist, Associate Professor at the Centre for Research on social Inequalities, affiliated with the Department of Economics;
- Manisha Anantharaman, Sociologist, Assistant Professor, Centre for the Sociology of Organisations;
- Laurent Neyret, Lawyer, Professor at the Law School's Research Center;
- Horatia Muir-Watt, Lawyer, Professor at the Law School's Research Center.
Our affiliated professors

Katell Le Goulven is an Affiliate Professor with the Paris Climate School and an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, specializing in sustainability. With 30 years of experience at the intersection of research and decision-making, she advises businesses, governments, foundations, and international organizations on sustainability policy and strategy. At INSEAD she directs executive programmes on impact entrepreneurship, the arts for nature and systems leadership through nature, and founded the Hoffmann Institute working to integrate sustainability in management education.
Previously she established UNICEF’s Policy Planning Unit to shape the organization’s strategic positioning. She has held senior roles in governments, NGOs, and the United Nations, and served on three international commissions on the data revolution, climate change and development, and global public goods. She holds a PhD in agricultural economics, MSc degrees in agricultural economics and tropical.
