Félix Streicher est historien de l'histoire moderne et contemporaine de l'Europe occidentale. Ses recherches portent sur les réalités sociales et quotidiennes des guerres et des occupations militaires, sur l'histoire politique de l'Europe occidentale au XXe siècle, et plus particulièrement sur l'histoire de l'Allemagne et du Luxembourg.

En tant que chercheur postdoctoral à Sciences Po, il travaillera sur une histoire transnationale de la Résistance luxembourgeoise pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Sa recherche est financée par la Fondation nationale de la Résistance au Luxembourg et fait partie d'un projet plus large qui vise à créer un Dictionnaire historique de la Résistance au Luxembourg. 

Avant de rejoindre Sciences Po, il a obtenu son doctorat en histoire à l'Université de Maastricht en 2025 pour sa thèse intitulée The Forgotten Occupation : Politics, Everyday Life, and Gender in the Luxembourg Occupation Zone in Germany (1945-55). Il a obtenu sa maîtrise à l'EHESS à Paris (2020) et sa licence à l'Université de Heidelberg (2018).
