Recruitment:
The European Research Council Advanced Grant “The Global War on Civilians, 1905–1945”, hosted at the Centre d'Histoire of Sciences Po is seeking two postdoctoral researchers to investigate the evolution of forms of warfare that targeted enemy's civilian populations. The postdoctoral researchers will examine how the transnational circulation of knowledge and practices culminated during the Second World War in the systematic targeting of civilians and the creation of home fronts that mobilized civilian populations. The project is seeking specialists in the Soviet and French home fronts.
