Biography

Professor at Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, Sébastien-Yves's main research interests are:

  1. The analysis of cyber and technological issues in the international system from a social-technical perspective;
  2. The socio-history of Intelligence, anticipation, and foresight activities;
  3. The changes in forms of conflict over the long term;
  4. The applied epistemology of the social sciences.

In collaboration with Dr. Jean-Pierre Bat, François David, Béatrice Guillaumin, Philippe Hayez, and Dr. Floran Vadillo, he directs the seminar METIS, Intelligence and Democratic Societies.
