Droits en ligne: the online legal information platform of Sciences Po

A legal problem to solve? A legal question to ask? You can’t find your way among all these laws?

The legal information platform Droits en ligne provides an answer to your legal questions.

Droits en ligne is a free legal information platform open to all. Our team is composed of 4 students, supervised by their instructors and by legal professionals.

Created in the context of the Covid-19 health crisis, Droits en ligne has two objectives:

  1. to facilitate access to reliable legal information for all
  2. to complement student training through practice

Striving to adapt to your linguistic constraints, we can currently accommodate you in 9 languages: French, English, Bulgarian, Cantonese, German, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, and Spanish.

How does it work?

Step 1: Inform yourself

Before using our service, we invite you to explore our site to understand how we work. We encourage you to consult our list of useful resources (FR), where you will find reliable legal information that may answer your question.

Step 2: Fill out the form to request an appointment

In order to use our services, the user must accept our general terms of use and our privacy policy.

If you need assistance to fill out the form, please contact us by email or by telephone 01 45 49 38 89 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 3: Study of your file

After receiving your file, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your file as soon as possible.

Thanks to the answers provided in the form, our team informs itself about the relevant legal issues and the related legal framework.

It is a question of offering legal information, and not legal advice which is reserved for lawyers.

Step 4: Remote appointment to transmit the legal information

After consulting our tutors, we will offer you a virtual appointment to answer your question. We will schedule this appointment no later than 6 weeks after accepting your file.

It is not currently possible for us to receive individuals in person, so the appointment will take place on Zoom or by phone according to your preferences.
