Media & Migration: Shaping Public Opinion

About

This series of online events/webinars stems from a simple observation: immigration lies at the heart of public and political discourses,  and it is a frequent target of widespread misinformation and disinformation that shape public opinion. At the same time, the need for rigorous fact-checking and stronger dialogue between journalists and researchers—especially on migration—has never been more urgent. Media & Migration provides a a shared space where scholars and media professionals can engage with one another and help foster a more informed public debate on migration.

Media & Migration: Shaping Public Opinion is hosted online by CERI in collaboration with Desinfox-Migrations and open to all.
