Biography
Jeanne-Louise Roellinger is a PhD student in International Relations at the Center for International Studies (CERI) at Sciences Po Paris. Her dissertation project delves into the uncertainty produced by states’ use of cyberspace and its interaction with the security dilemma. Her previous research focused on cyber diplomacy, cyber norms and experts in United Nations negotiations. She holds degrees in political science and international relations from Sciences Po Paris (M.A. and B.A.).
