Biography
A graduate in comparative politics and international relations, Eddine Bouyahi is the author of a PhD dissertation on the emergence of populism in incumbent parties in Southern Africa. His research focuses on the role of civil society organizations in the transformation of African political regimes and the rise of populism to power. He is also interested in the political evolution of former national liberation movements that became governing parties at the time of independence.
