Biography

Prunelle Aymé holds a PhD in political science (Sciences Po - CERI). Her research focuses on the sociology of public policy from a gender perspective and on the transformations of political domination in Turkey under the AKP. Her dissertation ("Governing with women, governing women in AKP's Turkey. Social provision in the city of Gaziantep", defended in 2022), completed under the supervision of Élise Massicard, explores women's participation in social provision and their role in AKP's local government. 

Prunelle Aymé taught at Sciences Po (Paris and Menton campuses), before being a teaching fellow at the University of Rennes 1 and then at the University of Paris Dauphine.
