Biography
Tom Abram is a PhD Student at CERI, under the supervision of Stéphanie Balme. He is also a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Strategic Research (FRS) and co-convener of the doctoral workshop on contemporary China.
Tom Abram holds an MSc in China in Comparative Perspective from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an MPhil in International relations from Sciences Po.
