Dmytro Kuleba "War has become a normality, not an exception."

Dmytro Kuleba, Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Adjunct Professor at PSIA and Senior Fellow at Harvard, delivered a stark assessment of the three years of war in Ukraine during Les grandes conférences de Sciences Po.

In his keynote speech and throughout his discussions with our students, he reflected on today’s world and the challenges Europe and Ukraine must confront.

Dmytro Kuleba’s message was clear: 

"I’m also European like you. And I care for this continent, not only for my country. We have to stay united. And I really hope that out of this university will come a generation of diplomats, politicians, and journalists who will make a valuable contribution to saving Europe from the threat of war."
