Contexte du projet

Enactus is an international Non Governmental Organization that brings together student, academic and business leaders who are committed to using power of entrepreneurial action to enable progress around the world. With Enactus, students can imagine, develop and implement projects of social innovation.

In order to participate to the Enactus Program, students form teams on their campuses. Guided by faculty advisors and business experts, participating students create and implement community projects that empower people to improve the quality of live and standard of living. At the end of the year, a National Competition is organized, where the best team wins a trophy and then participates to the Enactus World Cup, to represent France.

Through this experience, students develop managerial, entrepreneurial and HR management skills, making them become committed and responsible business leaders.

Created in 1975, the organization Enactus brings together, each year, more than 66 500 students in 1 600 Universities and Graduate Schools, in 36 countries.

Contenu pédagogique du projet

Descriptif général de la mission

  1. Imagine, create and implement, in team, one project which is able to improve the quality of life of people in need, while empowering them. This social business project will have to be conducted with an entrepreneurial approach. It is also important to effectively empower people so that the project has a positive and long-lasting impact on the society.
  2. At the same time, a part or the whole team will conduct a study about the place and the positioning of Social Entrepreneurship or Social Innovation at Sciences Po. The students should analyze the courses or educational programs existing at Sciences Po but also developed in other Universities, Schools or Institutes in France.
