REMINDER: the deadline for SAB Grants (seed, fundamental research) is swiftly approaching

Sciences Po's Direction Scientifique has formally launched its 2015 call for scientific proposals.

This call for proposals is open to all permanent members of Sciences Po's academic community.

All proposals will be be submitted to Sciences Po's Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) for evaluation. This year the SAB will award two types of grants:

1/ "Seed grants"

"Seed money" is destined to support the undertaking of preliminary research operations necessary before applying for external funding through research agencies (ERC, ANR, Foundations, ...) for innovative and ambitious research projects.

2/ Fundamental research grants ("opérations de recherche")

Fundamental research projects are collective or individual, led by permanent members of Sciences Po faculty - eventually in cooperation with external partners - on an innovative reserach theme or via a new approach (so-called "radical" or "groundbreaking").

Deadline: February 10th, 2015.

Successful grantees will receive financing as of September 2015.

Applicants must fill out the appropriate grant form and send their application to Françoise Gallais: "Seed money" form (PDF, in French) or "Opérations de recherche" form (PDF, in French)
