Bio :

Louis-André Vallet’s research focuses on social stratification in France since the mid-twentieth century and is often conducted within collaborative frameworks with a cross-national comparative perspective. His work addresses the structure and temporal trends of social inequalities in education, intergenerational and intragenerational social mobility, and the link between education levels and social position. Louis-André Vallet is also interested in the notion of causality in the social sciences as well as statistical analysis and modeling methods for categorical variables and longitudinal data.
