Bio :

Clemence Berson is economist and a senior researcher at the Banque de France. She studies particularly the labor market, ussing applied microeconomics. Previously she was an economist in charge of evaluating labor market policies in the French Treasury. She was affiliated to the University Paris 1 and holds a PhD from PSE.

Her research interests mainly focus on the relationship between discrimination and competition but also on wage dynamics, labor contracts and duality of the labor market.
