Lina Khan is an associate professor of law at Columbia Law School. She served as counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law, where she helped lead the Subcommittee’s investigation of digital markets and the publication of its final report. Thomas Philippon is the Max L. Heine Professor of Finance at New York University, Stern School of Business. His recent book, The Great Reversal, argues that many key problems of the American economy are due not to the flaws of capitalism or the inevitabilities of globalization but to the concentration of corporate power. 

Luigi Zingales is the Robert C. Mc Cormack Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business. He is co-author with Raghuram G. Rajan of Saving Capitalism from the Capitalists (2005) and author of A Capitalism for the People: Recapturing the Lost Genius of American Prosperity (2012). He publishes regularly on ProMarket and has a podcast series, Capitalisn’t, with Bethany McLean.
