Paris Climate and Nature Week
The first edition will take place from 27 to 31 October 2025.
Ten years after the Paris Agreement, we are at a critical turning point: global temperatures are reaching new highs every year, climate targets remain far from being met, global inequalities persist, and geopolitical tensions have intensified. Amid multiple and interlinked crises – ecological, economic, and democratic – it has never been more urgent to re-evaluate climate governance at all levels.
Sciences Po and the Paris Climate School will host the Paris Climate and Nature Week from 27 to 31 October 2025.
This week-long international event will bring together renowned researchers, politicians, representatives of international institutions, business leaders, civil society actors, artists, young activists, and citizens in Paris with a common goal: to learn from a decade of climate action since the Paris Agreement, assess current trajectories, and build ambitious, inclusive, just and concrete solutions for the future.
Highlight: A high-level event will be held on 28 October at Sciences Po, under the patronage of Laurent Fabius, President of COP21 and of the Circle of COP Presidents.
The Paris Climate and Nature Week is part of an open and collective movement. All stakeholders involved in ecological transformation — public institutions, private companies, associations, research establishments, local authorities, youth organisations, artists, and the media — are invited to actively contribute.
Call for participation
All stakeholders are invited to submit events (conferences, workshops, performances, screenings, exhibitions, forums, educational initiatives) to contribute to this first edition and make it a highlight of the international climate calendar.
