[Call for Applications] Squire Patton Boggs Foundation Fellowships – Summer 2026

The Squire Patton Boggs Foundation Fellowship Program offers financial support to law students pursuing summer internships in public service, including roles in government or non-profit organizations working in public interest law or public policy.

The Foundation seeks to recognize students with a demonstrated commitment to public interest and public service, as reflected in their academic record, professional and life experiences, prior engagement (including internships or military service, where applicable), and their motivation for pursuing a public service–oriented legal career.

Available Fellowships (students may apply to one or both):

  • Sustained Impact Fellowship with Human Rights Watch
    • Grant: USD 5,500
    • Deadline: 10 February 2026 (12:00 noon)
    • Description: One Fellow will be selected from nominees across participating law schools. The Fellow will work with Human Rights Watch (HRW) on one or more projects defined by HRW. Applicants must explain their motivation for this specific Fellowship and how their background prepares them for human rights advocacy.
