Generative AI and consumer law: Three students receive the 2026 Anthony Mainguené Prize

The 2026 edition of the Anthony Mainguené Prize was awarded to a team of students composed of Héloise Croisille (Master in Economic Law, 2nd year, Innovation Law specialty), Jenna Kaplan (Master in International Security, 1st year), and Tamara Bivol (Master in Economic Law, 2nd year, Global Governance Studies specialty).
They are being awarded for their clinical project entitled “Generative AI and consumer protection”.
This project is part of the DIGILAW clinic programme. It was carried out under the supervision of Lyubomir Nikiforov, project tutor, in partnership with the European Bureau of Consumer Unions (BEUC).
The Law school, teachers, tutors and all the students at the Law school Clinic join Mrs. and Mr. Mainguené, founders of the Anthony Mainguené Foundation in warmly congratulating the winners.
