[Summer School] Course on the Methodology of Comparative Law

Sciences Po Law School is pleased to partner with the University of Bologna for the 13th edition of the Course on the Methodology of Comparative Law.

Taking place in Bologna (8–12 June 2026) and Paris (15–17 June 2026), this advanced programme offers an in-depth exploration of comparative legal methods, with a particular focus on constitutional, supranational, electoral, and environmental justice.

The course is coordinated by Professors Giorgia Pavani and Guillaume Tusseau.

Designed for legal professionals, academics, and advanced students, the programme combines strong theoretical foundations with cutting-edge perspectives on rights protection in national and transnational contexts. It is open to both on-site and online participants.
