Biography
Liangjian WU, coming from Mainland China, is currently a Ph.D. candidate in public law in Sciences Po Paris since 2014. He is preparing a dissertation on “Power Re-allocation in China’s Budgetary Reform and the Transition of its Constitutional and Administrative Structure: A Comparative Analysis with France and the US” under supervision of Professor Jean-Bernard Auby, Michel Bouvier and Philippe Bezès.
Liangjian earned a Master Degree in Public Law in Peking University in 2014 under the direction of Prof. Xixin Wang, as well as a LLB degree in Peking University in 2011. He visited the law schools of U.C. Berkeley and Sciences Po Paris as an exchange student in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He was a visiting scholar at Harvard East Asian Legal Studies Center from 2015 to 2016.
