Biography

Léo Pascault is a Ph.D. candidate at the Sciences Po Law School, working under the supervision of Professor Séverine Dusollier.His research investigates the regulation of derivative creativity by copyright law, both in France and in the United States, from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Léo Pascault holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences and Asian studies from Sciences Po's Europe-Asia program in Le Havre (2012) and a master's degree in economic law, with a specialization in innovation law, from Sciences Po Law School (2017). He also holds a master's degree in theory and analysis of law from École des hautes études en sciences sociales, jointly with École normale supérieure and Paris Nanterre University (2018).

Léo is currently a tutor at the Sciences Po Law School Clinic and a lecturer in law at Sciences Po's Europe-North America program in Reims.
