Biography
Nicolas Hervieu is a specialist in public and European litigation and civil liberties law.
He is an affiliate professor at Sciences Po Law School and a lecturer at the University of Évry.
He is a collaborator at SCP Spinosi (lawyer at the french Council of State and the french Court of Cassation).
He teaches public litigation, civil liberties law, European law (ECHR and European Union), and immigration law (at the Law School, the Law School Clinic, and the preparatory classes for careers as judge or police officer).
He is a member of the editorial board of the Revue trimestrielle des droits de l'homme (RTDH) and the scientific committee of the Gazette des droits fondamentaux. He is also a member of the Paris Bar Human Rights Institute (IDHBP).
