Biography
Gabriela Berbert-Born is a PhD candidate at Sciences Po Law School, where she is pursuing research in comparative constitutional law under the supervision of Professor Guillaume Tusseau.
Her broader research interests also include procedural law, regulation, competition law, legal theory, and empirical legal methods.
Gabriela holds a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília.
Before joining Sciences Po Law School, she worked as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF); as a consultant for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD); as a legal assistant to the President of the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE); and as a parliamentary assistant in the Brazilian National Congress.
