Kang, Ishupal Singh
Ishupal Singh Kang, originally from India, is a doctoral candidate at Sciences Po Law School. The title of his research project is: “Distributive Equity Perspective of Intellectual Property Globalization: The Case of Copyright Protection and Access to Education in the Global South”. He works under the supervision of Prof. Severine Dusollier.
Graduated with a BA LLB (hons.) from the Rajiv Gandhi National Law University in Patiala (India), he pursued a Masters in Law (Comparative Law, Economics and Finance) at International University College, Turin (Italy) and a Masters in Law (International Commercial Law) at University of Kent, Canterbury (United Kingdom) before commencing doctoral studies.
In the first year of his PhD, he taught a seminar in Comparative Constitutional Law and is currently a Teaching Assistant on a course in International Migrations and Human Rights Law.
