Contact Michel Vivant
Prof. Vivant was a lecturer at the law school in Montpellier and a member of the bar there from 1972-1976. He earned the CAPA post-graduate legal qualification and subsequently received the Lauréat de l'Ordre. He passed the agrégation in 1980, holds a doctorate in law and was named laureate of the law school six times.

Emmanuel Gaillard is a Professor of Law at Sciences Po Law School in Paris and Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. From 1986 to 2012, he was a Professor of Law at Paris XII University. He is also a member of the Faculty of the Master in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) at University of Geneva.
He was the first President and one of the co-founders of the International Academy for Arbitration Law (Arbitration Academy). He chairs the International Arbitration Institute (IAI).

Agrégé de droit public (1981), professeur des universités, Olivier Duhamel a successivement été professeur à l'Université de de Besançon, à l'Université Paris X-Nanterre et à l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Il a par ailleurs été «visiting professor» à l'université de Washington et à la New York University.
