Biography
Hugo Vacus holds a master's degree in sustainable territorial development (STEDE) and has been a doctoral student at the Center for the Sociology of Organizations (CSO) since 2024. His thesis, supervised by Olivier Borraz, focuses on risk expertise in public policies for anticipating and planning the low-carbon transition in France. By studying the knowledge, instruments, practices, and organizations mobilized in these policies, his research falls within the fields of sociology of public action, environment, and science and technology.
