Biography

At ENS Lyon, Hélène Buscail had the opportunity to study victims of sexual violence in their interactions
with the police in her first year of master's studies, then with lawyers in her second year. She wanted to continue this qualitative work on victims who seek justice (a very small minority) in her thesis, this time using a longitudinal approach to understand all the stages of their journey through the criminal justice system.
