Guillaume Delatour

Guillaume Delatour is an associate professor at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), a research associate at the Center for the Sociology of Organizations (CSO) at Sciences Po Paris, and holds the Research Chair in Crisis Management, in partnership with the National School for Fire Brigade Officers (ENSOSP). His research lies at the intersection of organizational sociology, management, and the study of extreme situations. He is particularly interested in organizational dynamics and decision-making mechanisms at play in crisis contexts.

Through his research and teaching activities, Guillaume Delatour actively fosters dialogue between the academic and operational worlds. He develops a multidisciplinary approach that draws on the social sciences to shed light on field practices and support public and private actors in understanding and improving their preparedness, response, and adaptation systems in the face of crises.
