World Inequality Conference 2026
The World Inequality Lab is organizing the third edition of the World Inequality Conference, to be held at the Paris School of Economics on June 4-6, 2026.
he conference will be structured around three pillars:
1. Release of the Global Justice Report: The report will explore what a just distribution of socioeconomic and environmental resources could look like at the global level from 2026 to 2100 – both between and within countries – in a way that is compatible with planetary boundaries.
2. Plenary Sessions bringing together leading voices from academia and civil society.
3. Parallel sessions featuring the latest academic work in the inequality research field (235 accepted papers out of close to 800 submissions)

Public registration for the World Inequality Conference 2026 is open until May 15 and may close earlier if all places are filled.
Due to high demand, registration requires attendance for the full three days of the conference; it is not possible to register for a single day or a specific session.
