Luka Boeskens

Luka Boeskens is a PhD candidate contributing to the ERC-funded "LEARN" project under the supervision of Bastian Betthäuser. His thesis project investigates the mechanisms by which disruptive events affect children’s educational development and the factors that moderate their impact. 

Before joining Sciences Po, Luka worked as a policy analyst in the OECD's Directorate for Education and Skills. He holds an MSc in Sociology and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
