Navigating Academic Publication in International Political Economy: Insights from RIPE's Co-editor

In this session, Dr. Seçkin Köstem, will discuss the key challenges linked to publication strategies in peer-reviewed journals in International Political Economy (IPE) and Political Science more broadly. The session is open to all scholars and students but is specifically tailored for early-career scholars. Therefore, particular attention will be devoted to discussion of the peer review process, ways to transform parts of a PhD/MA thesis into a journal article, and other key issues related to academic publishing. Dr. Köstem will also share key insights about publishing in the Review of International Political Economy.
