Research Interest(s): Data Production

Biography

Blazej Palat holds a PhD in Applied Psychology (2014). He has contributed to several scientific projects involving the collection of various types of data related to mobility and transport practices. He has conducted both qualitative and quantitative research, in field settings as well as in laboratory environments (including simulated conditions).

He has also carried out statistical analyses that have led to several publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Since joining the CDSP in December 2018 as a research engineer, he has been responsible for conducting institutional surveys at Sciences Po, designing post-production procedures for ELIPSS panel data (including weighting calculations), and contributing to the evaluation and testing of questionnaires for quantitative research. He is also involved in methodological research projects and their dissemination.
