Graduate Employability Survey 2025

As part of our 2025 employment surveys, 7,916 young graduates from three different graduating classes were polled: 6 months, 18 months, and 30 months post-graduation. The analysis of the results demonstrates excellent employment conditions and the high-quality profile of our graduates. Discover the main trends.

The survey reveals very positive results regarding the professional integration of graduates. Indeed, 9 out of 10 graduates who chose to enter the job market are currently employed. Among those employed, 98% find a job within six months, and 57% secure a position even before graduating. For students in apprenticeship programs, 63% of the class are hired before graduation.

One notable aspect is the international mobility of graduates: 30% start their careers abroad, primarily in Europe (64%), but also in North America (13%) or the Asia-Pacific region (10%).
This trend highlights the international appeal and recognition of their training.

The diversity of career opportunities and employment sectors explains the significant differences between the different business sectors. Taking all schools together, the average gross annual salary of all graduates is €39,705 in France and €48,175 internationally, six months after graduation. This figure rises significantly during the first few years of their career, reaching an average of €49,402 in France and €58,391 internationally after 30 months. This progression reflects the value of the skills acquired by graduates.

Job stability is also a strong point, with 73% of graduates employed on permanent contracts (CDI) at 30 months, underscoring the favorable employment conditions for young graduates.

Diversity of career opportunities

Graduates find opportunities across various sectors. 48% work in the private sector, 24,7% in the public sector, 14,7 in international organisations and 13% within NGOs or associations.

New challenges for graduates

Beyond salary, other factors are important to graduates. Six months after graduation, 68% report that their roles include social, societal, or environmental aspects, or that they work on projects with a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) dimension.

Additionally, 86% of young graduates express satisfaction or high satisfaction with their jobs, indicating a strong alignment between their expectations and initial professional experiences.
