A Mentor, an Ally: Get a Boost from Our Alumnae to Launch Your Career

Graduated after June 2023 and looking for a job? The mentoring program offers personalized support from a committed alumna of the Sciences Po Women & Society professional group, part of the Alumni Association. She will help you make informed career decisions (by providing insights and clarifying your options), expand your network, and build confidence in your job search.

Why participate?

Taking part in the mentoring program means receiving kind and practical support. You’ll be listened to, supported, and guided by an experienced alumna who can help you clarify your career goals, better understand the norms of certain sectors, and make informed decisions. It’s also a valuable opportunity to grow your network, build confidence, and share both your doubts and your successes.

Who is it for?

The program is open to fifty Sciences Po graduates from all schools who obtained their degree after June 2023. It is intended for those who are currently seeking employment, considering a career change, or reflecting on their professional direction.

Section #steps

Key steps of the Mentoring journey

The program begins with a personalized match with a mentor during a kick-off event in late September 2025. This pairing is based on the information you provide about your target sector, role, and type of organization. You’ll then engage in regular exchanges over five months, until February 2026, at a pace you and your mentor agree upon. The organizing team will provide ongoing support throughout the program, including a mentoring guide and suggested discussion topics. An initial and final review will help assess your progress and measure the impact of the mentoring experience.
