Dual Degree with the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, University of Toronto (Canada)
This two-year program combines the forces of the Sciences Po School of Public Affairs and the Munk School of Global Affair and Public Policy to create a unique graduate programme combining a Master’s in Public Policy and a Master of Global Affairs.
Students gain complementary perspectives on the pressing challenges of the 21st century and benefit from the unique academic strengths of each institution. The programme prepares students and future decision-makers for internationally-focused jobs, both in the private and public sectors.
Students follow first-year courses at the Master in Public Policy at Sciences Po and second-year courses at the Master of Global Affairs at the Munk School of the University of Toronto.
During the first year at Sciences Po students select a policy stream which provides them with an immersion in multiple policy fields, with an emphasis on the role of values, ethics, and cultural contexts. The second year at the Munk School complements this approach, focusing on the global system and its stakeholders, using immersion and practical experience in real-life situations to gain an understanding of rapidly changing global contexts.
Students may choose to study in English or in French at Sciences Po. At the Munk School courses are taught in English.
Upon successful completion of the two years, students receive two degrees: the Master of Public Policy from Sciences Po and the Master of Global Affairs from the Munk School, University of Toronto.
The dual degree program with Munk is open to all candidates worldwide. Admission is competitive, based largely on academic excellence and professional focus.
Students interested in the dual degree should apply directly via the admissions website.
