This webinar is part of the H2020 project MAGYC (Migration Governance and asYlum Crises).
June 29, 2020, from 5pm to 6:30 online.
Through a focus on three case studies, Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey, this webinar explores the ways in which ‘migration governance’ has been shaped by a ‘crisis’ imaginary. We will explore the extent to which this imaginary has led to the mobilisation of new actor constellations including private security companies, humanitarian organisations, international organisations and migrants and how these actors produce different forms of governmental practices.
