Descriptif du projet :
La France est très en-deçà des objectifs européens en matière de prévention des cancers. La réduction de la mortalité liée au cancer tient, non seulement aux traitements disponibles, mais aussi à la prévention et au dépistage. La sensibilisation de la population a des effets différenciés selon le milieu social. C’est aux extrêmes de l’échelle sociale que l’efficacité des politiques publiques est mise à l’épreuve : chez les plus pauvres et les plus aisés. Cette revue de littérature interdisciplinaire a pour objectif d’identifier les stratégies d’éducation thérapeutique ou de communication de santé publique à destination des publics les plus difficiles à atteindre. Elle fait la synthèse d’expérimentations réalisées dans des pays occidentaux (Grande-Bretagne, États-Unis, Canada, Italie, Allemagne, Suède…) afin d’en rendre les principaux résultats disponibles aux praticiens français. Le présent projet est réalisé en partenariat avec Centre régional de coordination des dépistages des cancers en Île-de-France.
