After completing a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control in 2005, Bintou Loum Lascoux began her career in leading international audit firms, where she built a solid foundation in risk management, financial performance, and operational rigor.
In 2010, she joined France Télévisions, where she led major transformation initiatives and, in 2018, became Head of Digital Transformation. She now serves as Director of Operational Performance and oversaw the digital strategy for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. 

Convinced that meaningful transformation requires transformative leadership, she advances a management approach grounded in strategic excellence, collective intelligence, and long-term impact. With more than fifteen years of experience in complex project delivery and change management, she is recognised as a leading voice in public- and private-sector transformation.

Trained at Sciences Po Executive Education, she returns as Academic Director of the EMBA Leadership Trajectories, with a clear ambition: to make the programme an accelerator of awareness, capability, and transformation for leaders navigating an uncertain world.
