As of September 1, 2022, the CSO is pleased to welcome two guest researchers: 

- Claudia Sarrico is Professor of Management at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho, and senior researcher at CIPES Centre for Research in Higher Education Policies, Portugal. Her research focuses on performance measurement and management in education, higher education and science. She is the coordinating editor of Higher Education and am on the editorial boards of the European Journal of Higher Education and Tertiary Education and Management. She has also been collaborating with educational organizations, government, and international organisations to help develop policies for more effective, efficient and inclusive educational systems.
Previously, she led the project on Reducing the Precarity of Research Careers of the Global Science Forum at the OECD and she is now a leading consultant for the follow up project on Policies and initiatives to promote career options for doctoral and postdoctoral scientists. She was also a lead analyst of Resourcing Higher Education, the project manager of the School Resources Review, and the lead analyst of Benchmarking Higher Education System Performance.
She intend to collaborate with Christine Musselin and Jérôme Aust and their research programme on Higher Education at CSO (from 1st september to 31st july 2023).

Gabrielle Schütz is a lecturer in sociology (Maîtresse de conférences en sociologie) at the Laboratoire Printemps University of Versailles – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

As a CNRS delegation to the CSO, Gabrielle Schütz is continuing her reflection begun in her thesis, which focused on the transformations of the workforce and their socially differentiated modalities, depending in particular on gender and socio-professional position. This research is entitled: What telecommuting means. A sociology of telework in organizations.

Gabrielle, whose contract ends on July 31, 2023, is welcomed by Emilie Biland-Curinier.
