Political Behavior Seminar
The Sciences Po Political Behavior Seminar is a monthly research seminar that brings together scholars working on empirical political science, with a particular focus on political behavior in its many forms—voting, participation, institutions and beyond.
This seminar is jointly organized by three leading research centers at Sciences Po:
CEE (Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics)
CEVIPOF (Centre for Political Research at Sciences Po)
CDSP (Centre for Socio-Political Data)
The goal is to bridge disciplinary and institutional boundaries and methodological approaches.
Currently coordinated by Kevin Arceneaux (CEVIPOF), Emiliano Grossman (CDSP) and Jan Rovny (CEE), the seminar provides a platform for both established and early-career researchers to present cutting-edge work, receive feedback, and engage in critical discussions. Presentations typically feature original empirical research, usually drawing on survey data, experiments, interviews, or advanced quantitative methods.
Whether you’re a researcher, a student, or simply curious about the dynamics of political behavior, this seminar offers a unique opportunity to stay at the forefront of contemporary political science. if you want to present your work, do get in touch with the organizers. Write to us!
Please fill out the form to receive information & calendar about the seminar.
