Earl Wang is a doctoral researcher and adjunct lecturer (chargé d'enseignement) at the Centre for International Studies (CERI - Sciences Po/CNRS). He is also a fellow at the Franco-German Observatory of the Indo-Pacific, and is associated with the Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM).
