Etienne WASMER signs a column for Libération with Jean TIROLE

The French daily "Libération" is publishing this week six pieces authored by well-known French economists on the theme "C'est quoi une économie de gauche?".

The Department's Etienne WASMER and the laureate of the 2014 Prize in Economics in memory of A. Nobel, Jean TIROLE (TSE)  explain that: "… in order to save the French social model, its education system and its public health system, the Left must call into question a simplistic vision of economic mechanisms."
