Studying in the “City of Light”
The Summer School's University Programme makes the most of its setting in the heart of the French capital. Classes utilise the city as a laboratory for learning, and feature trips to monuments, museum exhibits and tours through historic districts. Outside the classroom, participants are immersed in French language and culture through daily life in Paris.
Sciences Po’s Paris campus
The campus, located in the heart of the historic Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighbourhood, is mere minutes from some of Paris’ most famous landmarks.
Students have the option to obtain accommodation through the programme for an additional cost.
“Living in Paris for a summer really allows you to have an authentic experience. You’re not just a tourist anymore. You can take it slow and discover the city from a different perspective – from the Seine to the street cafés.” – Jessica, Summer School 2016.
The Summer School proposes a wide variety of cultural visits and other activities to give students the opportunity to discover the city of Paris, as well as French history and culture.
