Pre-College Programme overview
Every year, Sciences Po welcomes secondary school students from around the world as part of the Summer School’s Pre-College Programme. This programme is an opportunity to discover Sciences Po and experience college life and academics at one of France’s leading universities.
The Pre-College Programme challenges students’ perspectives and offers them the opportunity to participate in lively discussions with renowned professors and students from around the world. In addition, the programme includes a rich social and cultural programme in a multicultural social environment, typical of a Sciences Po education.
Eligibility
The Pre-College Programme is open to students currently enrolled in secondary school and who will still be in secondary school in Fall 2023. Applicants must be at least 15 years old at the time of the programme. Learn more.
Academic Programme
The Pre-College Programme gives high school students a taste of academics at Sciences Po through rigorous coursework in the social sciences, including Master Classes and tutorials taught in English. They also have an elective course of their choice in one of Sciences Po’s key disciplines, taught in English or French. In addition, cultural and social activities are organised for students. Dates and locations
In 2023, the Pre-College Programme features one on-campus session of three weeks and one online session of two weeks. For the on-campus session, the first two weeks of the programme take place on Sciences Po's Reims campus, while the final week is on the Paris campus. Accommodation is provided near campus in both cities. Learn more.

The Pre-College Programme offers two sessions:
- On-campus session: July 8th - July 29th, 2023
- Online Programme - World Climate Negotiations Bootcamp: June 26th - July 6th, 2023
