Appel \u00e0 candidatures pour le Prix de la recherche MiDi 2025<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le collectif interdisciplinaire Migration et Diversit\u00e9 (MiDi)<\/a> de Sciences Po a le plaisir d’annoncer l\u2019appel \u00e0 candidatures pour le Prix de la Recherche MiDi pour 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Prix de la recherche MiDi<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2023 afin de r\u00e9compenser la jeune recherche au sein de Sciences Po. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’objectif du collectif, ce prix contribue \u00e0 promouvoir l’interdisciplinarit\u00e9 et \u00e0 renforcer les \u00e9changes acad\u00e9miques sur les questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la migration et \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 ethno-culturelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MiDi a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2020 en tant qu’initiative collective interdisciplinaire dans le but de renforcer les interactions entre les chercheuses et chercheurs des diff\u00e9rents centres de recherche de Sciences Po autour des questions de migration internationale et de diversit\u00e9 ethno-culturelle. Il met en lien les scientifiques du Centre de recherches internationales (CERI), du Centre d\u2019\u00e9tudes europ\u00e9ennes et de politique compar\u00e9e (CEE), du Centre de recherche sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales (CRIS), de l’\u00c9cole de droit, du D\u00e9partement d’histoire, du D\u00e9partement d’\u00e9conomie, du Centre de recherches politiques de Sciences Po (CEVIPOF) et du Laboratoire interdisciplinaire d\u2019\u00e9valuation des politiques publiques (LIEPP). La recherche produite \u00e0 Sciences Po sur ces questions couvre des th\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s, tels que les flux migratoires, le droit d’asile, les fronti\u00e8res, l’int\u00e9gration des migrants, la discrimination et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s dans les contextes europ\u00e9en et mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Prix de la recherche r\u00e9compense les efforts exceptionnels de jeunes chercheuses et chercheurs au niveau Master et Doctorat \u00e0 travers<\/strong> toutes les \u00e9coles et d\u00e9partements de Sciences Po<\/strong>, et accro\u00eet la visibilit\u00e9 d’une recherche rigoureuse et innovante sur les questions li\u00e9es aux migrations internationales et\/ou \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 ethno-culturelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trois prix annuels seront d\u00e9cern\u00e9s : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

     – deux prix pour des recherches conduites par des \u00e9tudiant.e.s de Master r\u00e9compensant leur m\u00e9moire de Master (500 euros par prix) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    – un prix pour des recherches conduites dans le cadre d\u2019un doctorat, r\u00e9compensant un article de revue acad\u00e9mique ou chapitre d’ouvrage (1000 euros). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tou.te.s les \u00e9tudiant.e.s inscrit.e.s en Master \u00e0 Sciences Po en 2024-2025 dans l\u2019une des 7 \u00e9coles sont \u00e9ligibles pour le prix qui concerne les m\u00e9moires de Master.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tou.te.s les doctorant.e.s inscrit.e.s en th\u00e8se \u00e0 Sciences Po en 2024-2025 dans l\u2019un des centres de recherches de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement sont \u00e9ligibles pour le prix qui concerne les publications au niveau doctoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les laur\u00e9ats seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 publier leur m\u00e9moire de master ou le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de leur publication sur le site web de MiDi ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 participer \u00e0 un s\u00e9minaire de remise de prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les candidat.e.s sont invit\u00e9.e.s \u00e0 envoyer le texte soumis pour candidature (m\u00e9moire de Master, article de revue acad\u00e9mique, chapitre d’ouvrage), un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 (200 mots), ainsi qu’un CV \u00e0 mohamed.elsayeh@sciencespo.fr<\/a> avant le lundi 15 septembre 2025<\/strong>. Les laur\u00e9ats seront annonc\u00e9s avant le 14 novembre 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MIGRATION AND DIVERSITY INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call for applications for the MiDi Research Prize 2025<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Migration and Diversity (MiDi)<\/a> interdisciplinary collective at Sciences Po is delighted to announce its call for applications for the MiDi Research Prize 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MiDi Research Prize<\/a> was launched in 2023 to reward young researchers at Sciences Po. In line with the collective\u2019s objective, this prize helps to promote interdisciplinarity and strengthen academic exchange on issues related to migration and ethno-cultural diversity at Sciences Po. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MiDi was created in 2020 as a collective interdisciplinary initiative with the aim of strengthening interactions between researchers from different Sciences Po research centres around issues of international migration and ethno-cultural diversity. It brings together researchers from the Centre for International Studies (CERI), the Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics (CEE), the Centre for Research on Social Inequalities (CRIS), the Law School, the Department of History, the Department of Economics, the Centre for Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF) and the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Evaluation of Public Policies (LIEPP). The research produced at Sciences Po on these issues covers a wide range of themes, such as asylum and migration flows, the right to asylum, borders, the integration of migrants, ethno-racial discrimination and inequalities in the European and global contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Research Prize rewards the outstanding efforts of young researchers in master\u2019s degree and PhD programs across all Schools and departments of Sciences Po<\/strong>, and raises the profile of rigorous, innovative research on issues relating to international migration and\/or ethno-cultural diversity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three annual prizes will be awarded: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– two prizes for research conducted by master\u2019s degree students awarded for the master\u2019s thesis (500 euros each) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– one prize for research conducted by a PhD student awarded for an academic journal article or a book chapter (1,000 euros).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All students enrolled in a master\u2019s degree program at Sciences Po in 2024-2025 across all 7 schools are eligible for the first prize (master\u2019s thesis).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All students enrolled in a PhD program at Sciences Po across all departments and research centres in 2024-2025 are eligible (PhD prize).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prizewinners will be invited to publish their master\u2019s thesis or the summary of their publication on the MiDi website, as well as to participate in an awards ceremony seminar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
