Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif du collectif, ce prix contribue \u00e0<br>promouvoir l&rsquo;interdisciplinarit\u00e9 et \u00e0 renforcer les \u00e9changes acad\u00e9miques sur les questions<br>li\u00e9es \u00e0 la migration et \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 ethno-culturelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MiDi a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2020 en tant qu&rsquo;initiative collective interdisciplinaire dans le but de<br>renforcer les interactions entre les chercheuses et chercheurs des diff\u00e9rents centres de<br>recherche de Sciences Po autour des questions de migration internationale et de diversit\u00e9<br>ethno-culturelle. Il met en lien les scientifiques du Centre de recherches internationales<br>(CERI), du Centre d\u2019\u00e9tudes europ\u00e9ennes et de politique compar\u00e9e (CEE), du Centre de<br>recherche sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales (CRIS), de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole de droit, du D\u00e9partement d&rsquo;histoire,<br>du D\u00e9partement d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, du Centre de recherches politiques de Sciences Po<br>(CEVIPOF) et du Laboratoire interdisciplinaire d\u2019\u00e9valuation des politiques publiques (LIEPP).<br>La recherche produite \u00e0 Sciences Po sur ces questions couvre des th\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s, tels<br>que les flux migratoires, le droit d&rsquo;asile, les fronti\u00e8res, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des migrants, la<br>discrimination et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s dans les contextes europ\u00e9en et mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Prix de la recherche r\u00e9compense les efforts exceptionnels de jeunes chercheuses et<br>chercheurs au niveau Master et Doctorat \u00e0 travers <strong>toutes les \u00e9coles et d\u00e9partements de<br>Sciences Po<\/strong>, et accro\u00eet la visibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une recherche rigoureuse et innovante sur les<br>questions li\u00e9es aux migrations internationales et\/ou \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 ethno-culturelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trois prix annuels seront d\u00e9cern\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>deux prix pour des recherches conduites par des \u00e9tudiants de Master<br>r\u00e9compensant leur m\u00e9moire de Master (500 euros par prix)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>un prix pour des recherches conduites dans le cadre d\u2019un doctorat, r\u00e9compensant<br>un article de revue acad\u00e9mique ou chapitre d&rsquo;ouvrage ou un chapitre de th\u00e8se (1000<br>euros).<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibilit\u00e9<\/strong><br>Tous les \u00e9tudiants inscrits en Master \u00e0 Sciences Po en 2022-2023 dans l\u2019une des 7 \u00e9coles<br>sont \u00e9ligibles pour le prix qui concerne les m\u00e9moires de Master.<br>Tous les doctorants inscrits en th\u00e8se \u00e0 Sciences Po en 2022-2023 dans l\u2019un des centres de<br>recherches de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement sont \u00e9ligibles pour le prix qui concerne les publications au<br>niveau doctoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les laur\u00e9ats seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 publier leur master ou le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de leur publication sur le site<br>web de MiDi, \u00e0 parler de leur travail dans un \u00e9pisode de podcast ainsi qu\u2019au cours d&rsquo;un<br>s\u00e9minaire \u00ab\u00a0brown bag\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidat.e.s sont invit\u00e9.e.s \u00e0 envoyer le texte soumis pour candidature (m\u00e9moire de<br>Master, article de revue acad\u00e9mique, chapitre d&rsquo;ouvrage ou chapitre de la th\u00e8se), un r\u00e9sum\u00e9<br>(200 mots), ainsi qu&rsquo;un CV \u00e0 mohamed.elsayeh@sciencespo.fr avant le <strong>vendredi 15<br>septembre 2023<\/strong>. Les laur\u00e9ats seront annonc\u00e9s avant le 15 octobre 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>MIGRATION AND DIVERSITY INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Call for applications for the MiDi Research Prize 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Migration and Diversity (MiDi) Interdisciplinary Collective at Sciences Po is delighted to<br>announce its first call for applications for the MiDi Research Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MiDi Research Prize is being launched this year to reward young researchers at<br>Sciences Po. In line with the collective&rsquo;s objective, this prize helps to promote<br>interdisciplinarity and strengthen academic exchange on issues related to migration and<br>ethno-cultural diversity at Sciences Po.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MiDi was created in 2020 as a collective interdisciplinary initiative with the aim of<br>strengthening interactions between researchers from different Sciences Po research centres<br>around issues of international migration and ethno-cultural diversity. It brings together<br>scientists from the Centre for International Studies (CERI), the Centre for European Studies<br>and Comparative Politics (CEE), the Centre for Research on Social Inequalities (CRIS), the<br>Law School, the Department of History, the Department of Economics, the Centre for<br>Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF) and the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary<br>Evaluation of Public Policies (LIEPP). The research produced at Sciences Po on these<br>issues covers a wide range of themes, such as asylum and migration flows, the right of<br>asylum, borders, the integration of migrants, ethno-racial discrimination and inequalities in<br>the European and global contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Research Prize rewards the outstanding efforts of young researchers <strong>in Master\u2019s<br>degree and PhD programs across all Schools and departments of Sciences Po<\/strong>, and<br>raises the profile of rigorous, innovative research on issues relating to international migration and\/or ethno-cultural diversity.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three annual prizes will be awarded:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>two prizes for research conducted by Master\u2019s degree students awarded to the<br>Master\u2019s thesis (500 euros each)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>one prize for research conducted by a PhD student awarded to an academic journal<br>article or a book chapter, or a chapter of the PhD thesis (1,000 euros).<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><br>All students enrolled in a Master\u2019s degree program at Sciences Po in 2022-2023 across all 7<br>schools are eligible for the first prize (Master\u2019s thesis).<br>All students enrolled in a PhD program at Sciences Po across all departments and research<br>units in 2022-2023 are eligible (PhD prize).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners will be invited to publish their master&rsquo;s thesis or the summary of their publication on<br>the MiDi website, talk about their work in a podcast episode and during a \u00ab\u00a0brown bag\u00a0\u00bb<br>seminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are invited to send their publication, abstract (200 words), and CV to<br>mohamed.elsayeh@sciencespo.fr by <strong>Friday, 15 September 2023<\/strong>.
