aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2281\"><div><p>BRIDGES cherche \u00e0 comprendre les causes et les cons\u00e9quences des narrations et des discours sur les migrations, dans un contexte de politisation et de polarisation grandissantes. Le projet, qui se focalise sur six pays Europ\u00e9ens (FR, GE, HU, IT, SP et UK), a trois objectifs principaux. Au niveau acad\u00e9mique, comprendre les processus de production des discours, leurs impacts et leurs interactions mutuels. Au niveau politique, favoriser les e<i>vidence-based policies<\/i>. Enfin, au niveau soci\u00e9tal, l&rsquo;objectif est de cr\u00e9er des espaces de dialogue entre les acteurs impliqu\u00e9s dans la production de ces discours.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces objectifs ne pourront \u00eatre atteint qu&rsquo;en comblant (\u00ab\u00a0bridge\u00a0\u00bb) plusieurs lacunes tant entre les disciplines qu&rsquo;entre la recherche et la pratique. Le projet est financ\u00e9 dans le cadre du Programme pour la Recherche et l&rsquo;Innovation Horizon 2020 de la Commission EUrop\u00e9enne, et coordonn\u00e9 par le CIDOB (Barcelona Centre for International Affairs).\u00a0<\/p><p><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">BRIDGES<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>aims to understand the causes and consequences of migration narratives in a context of increasing politicisation and polarisation. By focusing on six current\/former EU countries (FR, GE, HU, IT, SP, and UK), it has a three-fold objective. First, at the academic level, it aims to understand the processes of narrative production and impact and their mutual interaction. Second, at the policy level, it aims to foster evidence-based policies. Third, at the societal level, our objective is to create spaces for dialogue between actors involved in narrative production.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/div><div><p><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The project objectives can only be achieved if we bridge \u2013 hence the name BRIDGES \u2013 several critical gaps between disciplines and between research and practice.<\/span>The project is funded under the European Commission\u2019s Horizon 2020 Programme for Research and Innovation and is coordinated by CIDOB \u2013 Barcelona Centre for International Affairs des divers groupes composant les populations chinoises en France.<\/span><\/p><p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/chinoisenidf.hypotheses.org\/\"><b>The Chinese Populations in Paris<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a project funded by the City of Paris set out to explore the cross-analysis of both endogenous and exogenous identification processes, questioning the current shift Conceptualiser et mesurer la repr\u00e9sentation descriptive et la repr\u00e9sentation substantielle des groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, dans les parlements d\u00e9mocratiques<\/span><\/i><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est dirig\u00e9 par Laura Morales et financ\u00e9 par Sciences-Po. Il \u00e9tudie la repr\u00e9sentation descriptive et substantive de sept groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans l\u2019espace parlementaire, parmi lesquels les personnes issues des migrations et ethno-racis\u00e9es, de deux mani\u00e8res compl\u00e9mentaires. Il explore les th\u00e9ories de la repr\u00e9sentation en approfondissant en particulier le concept de \u00ab visibilit\u00e9 \u00bb tout en r\u00e9alisant un travail d\u2019identification des mesures qualitatives et quantitatives capables de rendre compte de l\u2019appartenance \u00e0 un groupe social \u00ab peu visible \u00bb. Cette recherche est \u00e0 la fois longitudinale (1990-aujourd\u2019hui) et comparative (quatre d\u00e9mocraties parlementaires sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9es : la France, l\u2019Italie, l\u2019Espagne et le Royaume-Uni).<\/span><\/p><p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencespo.fr\/centre-etudes-europeennes\/en\/node\/24313\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INCLUSIVEPARL project Inclusive Democracies? Conceptualising and Measuring the Descriptive and Substantive Political Representation of Under-represented Groups in Democratic Parliaments<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is led by Laura Morales and funded by Sciences-Po. This research addresses the descriptive and substantive political representation of seven under-represented groups in 4 parliaments in Europe, including ethnic and migrant minorities, in two complementary ways. While exploring the theory of representation and examining the concept of \u201cvisibility\u201d, we identify appropriate measures of membership into \u201cless visible\u201d groups. INCLUSIVEPARL is both longitudinal and comparative. It spans over three decades (1990s-2010s) and systematically compares the findings in four established democracies: France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 id=\"elementor-tab-title-2285\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2285\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">La diaspora italienne en Europe : un portrait syst\u00e9matique \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9seaux sociaux (2019-2020)<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2285\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2285\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ettore Recchi\u00a0 (projet financ\u00e9 par ICM).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis la crise de l\u2019Euro en 2009, l\u2019Italie a connu une nouvelle vague d\u2019\u00e9migration \u2013 autant importante que celle du d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es Soixante \u2013 qui accroit les dimensions d\u00e9j\u00e0 consid\u00e9rables de sa diaspora dans le monde : plus de cinq millions de personnes. Les statistiques officielles sont tr\u00e8s incompl\u00e8tes sur cette population. La recherche qu\u2019on propose vise \u00e0 combler cette lacune d\u2019information pour dresser un portrait syst\u00e9matique des italiens r\u00e9sidents <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de facto<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans chaque pays de l\u2019UE avec une m\u00e9thodologie novatrice qui exploite les Big Data, et tout particuli\u00e8rement Facebook, le social media plus utilis\u00e9 en Europe, \u00e0 travers les API (Application Programming Interfaces) cr\u00e9es par Facebook pour cibler ses annonces publicitaires sur des populations afin d\u2019estimer les stocks migratoires. Toutes ces questions ne peuvent \u00eatre correctement abord\u00e9es sans tenir compte en m\u00eame temps des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles de l&rsquo;espace public europ\u00e9en dans lequel elles se d\u00e9ploient, des multiples caract\u00e8res des groupes et des multiples modes d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration. C&rsquo;est ce constat qui forme le point de d\u00e9part de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/heranet.info\/projects\/public-spaces-culture-and-integration-in-europe\/negotiating-diversity-in-expanded-european-public-spaces\/\">PLURISPACE<\/a><\/strong>. Au sein d&rsquo;un espace europ\u00e9en aussi complexe, nous identifions quatre approches politiques et th\u00e9oriques de la gestion de la diversit\u00e9 et de la compr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;espace public: le multiculturalisme, l&rsquo;interculturalisme, le transnationalisme et le cosmopolitisme. PLURISPACE utilise ces quatre perspectives th\u00e9oriques pour comprendre comment l&rsquo;espace public europ\u00e9en \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux g\u00e8re la diversit\u00e9. Kastoryano, professeure \u00e0 Sciences Po, le projet implique des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Bristol, de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Pompeu Fabra et de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Oslo.<\/p><p><em>In Europe, an important issue pertains to the settlement of post-immigrant ethno-religious groups, along with the expression and organization of collective identities; claims for participation\/representation and recognition; the role of religion in public space; and the increasing influence of diaspora and transnational politics. <a href=\"http:\/\/heranet.info\/projects\/public-spaces-culture-and-integration-in-europe\/negotiating-diversity-in-expanded-european-public-spaces\/\"><strong>PLURISPACE<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s point of departure is that these questions cannot be properly addressed without at the same time taking into account the multilevel character of the European public space they unfold within, the multiple characters of the groups and the multiple modes of integration. Within such a complex European space, we identify four policy and theoretical approaches to diversity management and understanding of public space: multiculturalism, interculturalism, transnationalism and cosmopolitanism.\u00a0PLURISPACE uses these four theoretical perspectives to understand how the multilevel European public space manages diversity. PLURISPACE\u2019s main aim is to contribute to the theory and practice of integration and diversity management in Europe. La religion offre en outre un point d\u2019entr\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement pertinent pour analyser les tensions entre universalisme et exp\u00e9rience du racisme au sein de la citoyennet\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise. Elle participe en effet directement aux constructions identitaires individuelles et collectives, en dialogue avec d\u2019autres formes de cat\u00e9gorisations sociales comme les assignations ethno-raciales, la classe, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ou le genre. Ce projet met en \u0153uvre une analyse comparative et transversale de ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes, en investissant plusieurs terrains religieux et en d\u00e9cloisonnant l\u2019objet religieux pour l\u2019inscrire pleinement dans le contexte social o\u00f9 il prend sens.<\/p><p>La recherche s\u2019organise autour de trois axes th\u00e9matiques :<\/p><ul><li>En premier lieu, il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9tudier la fa\u00e7on dont le religieux se recompose dans la migration entre les Antilles et l\u2019Hexagone. On s\u2019int\u00e9resse aux effets des conditions sociales d\u2019installation en termes de pratiques religieuses et au r\u00f4le de l\u2019appartenance religieuse dans les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019int\u00e9gration et de discrimination. En s\u2019int\u00e9ressant aussi aux enfants qui grandissent en Hexagone, l\u2019analyse interroge en outre les modalit\u00e9s de transmission religieuse entre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations en contexte migratoire.<\/li><li>Ensuite, ce projet vise \u00e0 saisir dans quelle mesure la d\u00e9saffiliation ou l\u2019affiliation religieuse (au catholicisme, largement majoritaire, mais aussi au protestantisme \u00e9vang\u00e9lique, au juda\u00efsme messianique, \u00e0 l\u2019islam, etc.) affectent la fa\u00e7on dont les Antillais sont per\u00e7us et cat\u00e9goris\u00e9s racialement dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise ainsi que leur propre rapport \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019histoire antillaise. On s\u2019int\u00e9resse par ailleurs \u00e0 la position des personnes antillaises au sein de ces diff\u00e9rents espaces religieux et \u00e0 la place qui leur est accord\u00e9e par les institutions religieuses : du point de vue de leur (in)visibilit\u00e9, de leur acc\u00e8s aux positions de responsabilit\u00e9s et des processus de cat\u00e9gorisation, de reconnaissance ou de stigmatisation intra-religieux.<\/li><li>La population antillaise en Ile-de-France se caract\u00e9rise enfin par des dynamiques de circulation entre Antilles et Hexagone et des pratiques qu\u2019on peut qualifier de \u00ab transr\u00e9gionales \u00bb. Ce projet a donc \u00e9galement pour objectif d\u2019identifier les discours et les acteurs religieux qui circulent, ainsi que leurs effets sur les familles et les espaces religieux des Antilles et d\u2019Ile-de-France, les liens m\u00e9moriels qui rattachent les migrants \u00e0 leur terre d\u2019origine et les transformations religieuses qui accompagnent les \u00e9volutions en cours de ces circulations transr\u00e9gionales.<\/li><\/ul><p>La m\u00e9thode d\u2019enqu\u00eate est principalement qualitative, fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019observation ethnographique et des entretiens individuels ou collectifs. Ces donn\u00e9es qualitatives sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par un cadrage quantitatif issu des enqu\u00eates Trajectoires et origines et migration, famille et vieillissement, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par l\u2019Ined entre 2008 et 2010 et dont les deuxi\u00e8mes volets sont en cours de finalisation.\u00a0<\/p><p>Les enqu\u00eates de terrain sont organis\u00e9es en deux phases : une phase principale en Ile-de-France, suivie d\u2019une seconde phase compl\u00e9mentaire en Guadeloupe et en Martinique. Les liens familiaux, en particulier les relations de parentalit\u00e9 et de fratrie, seront notre point d\u2019entr\u00e9e sur le terrain d\u2019enqu\u00eate et c\u2019est en suivant ce fil que nous poursuivrons les enqu\u00eates aux Antilles, aupr\u00e8s des parents d\u2019enqu\u00eat\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9s en Ile-de-France.
