She served as counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee\u2019s Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law, where she helped lead the Subcommittee\u2019s investigation of digital markets and the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/uploadedfiles\/competition_in_digital_markets.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">publication of its final report<\/a>. Heine Professor of Finance at New York University, Stern School of Business.&nbsp;His recent book, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hup.harvard.edu\/catalog.php?isbn=9780674237544\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hup.harvard.edu\/catalog.php?isbn=9780674237544\" target=\"_blank\">The Great Reversal<\/a>, argues that many key problems of the American economy are due not to the flaws of capitalism or the inevitabilities of globalization but to the concentration of corporate power.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chicagobooth.edu\/faculty\/directory\/z\/luigi-zingales\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.chicagobooth.edu\/faculty\/directory\/z\/luigi-zingales\" target=\"_blank\">Luigi Zingales<\/a>&nbsp;is the Robert C. Mc Cormack Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Chicago &#8211; Booth School of Business. He is co-author with Raghuram G.
