Double degree with LSE
- Ariane, Master in European Affairs, Double Degree with LSE
Ariane Forgues, M2 student of the Dual Degree Sciences Po / LSE, shares with us her experience at the Master European Affairs (MAE)
“My name is Ariane, and I am now studying European Affairs in the LSE-Sciences Po dual degree. *I travelled around the world as an expat kid when I was young, and did my high school in Lille before coming to SciencesPo. So I know the school quite well, and I must say that my year in this Master was awesome!
Compared to the Collège Universitaire, the Master student body is far smaller, we know the academic team of our Master, and it is easy to get to know people and to discover places. I loved our trip to Brussels and Luxembourg, as well as getting classes from EU professionals and not only scholars.
As a third culture kid, I also enjoyed the diversity of the Master, with French students but also many European ones and even some non-EU students! I strongly encourage future students to take part in an association, so as to get the full Sciences Po experience. I myself got involved in the Sciences Po section of a French party to combine my studies and my political commitment towards more Europe. Sciences Po is your oyster.”
